Presentation at Land Office for registration

1. Once the Executor obtained the Grant of Probate, he/she has power to administer and distribute the property according to the Will.
2. Firstly, before the Executor can transfer the property to relevant Beneficiary according to the Will, the Executor must first transfer the property from Deceased to himself. He needs to register himself as Executor on the Title Deed by signing the Form 345.
3. Next, the Executor and the relevant Beneficiary need to sign 14A together to transfer the property from Executor to the relevant Beneficiary according to the Will.
4. The Form 14A, Original Title, copies of Identity Cards of the parties, Grant of Probate, Quit Rent and Assessment receipts together with other relevant documents will be presented at land office for registration.
5. The whole process takes a few months.
